Cooktop could use a few instructions, and a few more towels and comfort items would be nice. Towels were still wet from laundry service upon arrival but were clean. ”

“Only one elevator was working and it was slow and unreliable. The shower curtain had mold and mystery stains. The bathtub was unstable. The mattresses were thin and springy. There were no batteries in the tv remote. There were not enough curtains on the windows so people could see inside the room. Access to the building was open to all, frequently bumped into unhoused people inside, a car was broken into last night, it felt unsafe.”
