“The location was very nice being close to everything . It was kept clean. Definitely not toddler or baby friendly with all of the floor decorations throughout and stairs to get up and into the unit but we made it work. We did cook a couple times which worked out well for what was supplied to cook with. The third bedroom is only a twin blow up mattress not a queen futon . Overall would definitely stay again ”

“I am originally from the area and wanted to “go home” for a few days. The cabin was clean and had plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. for my family’s 5 night stay. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch and watching the birds and deer in the yard. My husband and daughter had a blast fishing the pond, catch and release of course. “Loved how well maintained this property is, and the cleanliness. The only snag for us was that I thought we would have two double beds. I think that was my error upon booking. It ended up working out just fine. The lodge is a wonderful place to stay and experience all that Ellicottville has to offer! Would recommend.”

“Nice little cabin. We stayed in Vail. Fully stocked and really clean. Right behind Holimont Lodge or short drive to Holiday Valley. No ski in/out access. Awesome to find a place that allows pets. We had a well behaved cat who liked looking out the various full size windows. Decent value, we will be back.”

“Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! “When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. The kayaks were very much enjoyed by all. My brother, sister and I did the loop around the West River……
