“This property was absolutely incredible! The location was very convenient for us - we explored the Conesus Lake area and spent the weekend hiking at Letchworth State Park. The set up of the house was perfect for our families; we had room for our kids to play and we all had our own spaces to sleep. It was very family friendly and comfortable. The hosts were delightful to work with and very friendly when we crossed paths. Our overall stay was wonderful, would highly recommend staying here and we……

“This house was perfect for my visit. My sister lives down the street, and my dad lives nearby, but stayed with my daughter and I at the house. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my dad, who has issues with stairs, and the upstairs was great for my adult daughter and I. We hung out by the fire pit a couple nights, used the hot tub and pool table, but overall, we just hung out and spent time together. The house is spacious and cozy. Definitely will look to book the house again for my next……

“The house worked out great for us. It was clean, spacious. We enjoyed coffee on the outdoor patio, which is simple but lovely. We listened to the birds and spring peepers. Great location for access to Letchworth Park and downtown Perry (for local eats). ”

“Our stay at the Retreat of Falling Waters was nothing short of magical. We loved exploring the waterfall, playing the board games provided, and enjoying meals at the quaint kitchen table. Just plan to bring your own drinking water because the well water connected to the property isn’t really safe to drink! Thank you so much to the incredibly communicative host! ”
