“Great house that is bigger than you think it's going to be, very spacious, clean and updated. Our hosts were wonderful with quick responses and we wanted for nothing. While you're off the lake a little, you still have a nice view and the location is private enough that you don't feel crammed against the neighbors. Completely recommend.”

“We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. “A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO!”

“What a great location for our family vacation in the finger lakes area. So many things to see. It was the perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. The property was just as described. Beautiful setting up the hill overlooking Conesus lake. The views during Spring and Fall would be especially spectacular. The layout was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We made full use of the roomy kitchen for meals. Grill on the back deck was a nice……

“Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. Was a bit uncomfortable but manageable with some fans. The lower level bedrooms were cool enough but a bit musty probably from all the recent rain. Overall a……
