“The house was clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and the host provided more Tyson enough towels and other amenities. The house layout was perfect for a group of folks. Huge deck that went to the hot tub (which we truly enjoyed) and overlooked the GORGEOUS property. It was very private. The property owner was available and answered questions promptly (yes…I had a few). I’d highly recommend staying here!!!! ”

“We stayed at this chalet in Ellicottville, NY for my husband’s 30th birthday with a group of 20, and it exceeded every expectation. The home is absolutely stunning and truly immaculate—everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom.It’s stocked with literally anything you could possibly need, from bug spray and extra toothbrushes to garlic powder. Every detail was thought of, which made the stay so easy and stress-free.The back deck was an essential hangout spot, and the huge couch made it so……

“We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.”

“We had a great time at this house we had almost 20 people and it was plenty of space to hang out and everyone was able to sleep in a comfortable space. The downstairs games and the hot tub were great ammenities! One thing to note, the listing says the bunk beds are twin beds but they are actually double, so you could reasonably sleep 2 couples in each bunk!”
