“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates……

“The host communicated well and made sure all of our questions were quickly answered. The apartment's decor is fun and exactly like the picture. Super cute! “The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. “This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. ”

“The property was unassuming enough. Once you open the door it is a very nice set up and you feel comfortable. The accommodations were clean and you can tell this space is well maintained. However, for people over 6 feet the ceilings are low and I had to duck to get into the bathroom. Jose was responsive to my questions and concerns. There were some ants on my 4th day due to the rain but nothing too bad, I was provided bug spray. The neighborhood is nice but it is a little far from the action……

“Unclean, got an offer to change property to another location, for which received only 1 picture. Door looked like someone had tried to break into the house. Received instructions to not to talk to anyone or open the door if someone knocked. Closets with trash, dust on fans, hair on bed, no soap. Key in a keylock across the road - with more than 1 keylock so was a trial and error. Not in their control but along 2nd Ave - so truck traffic till late in the night. Can hear everything - people……

“The apartment was a charming two-bedroom unit typical of the Upper West Side in New York. Its location was conveniently close to all the attractions we intended to visit, and the subway station was just three blocks away, providing easy access to Brooklyn, Princeton, and the rest of the boroughs. I would highly recommend this stay—it was peaceful and, for lack of a better term, very inviting. My teenagers, who are all over 6’2”, found it to be quite comfortable as well.”

“Very nice place for a big family! There are two spacious living rooms, which was great for everyone to hang out and relax. The parking space is large, which made things super easy for us. “This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars……
