“Incredibly beautiful home, historic architecture lovingly updated! Melissa was easy to communicate with, and it was so well stocked & fresh flowers and breakfast foods & fruit. Lovely covered porch to sit on, and visit. We were in town for our son’s wedding, so multiple groups stopped by to visit. Everyone raved About the house!Thanks for a making our stay so enjoyable!”

“Stayed for the Round Top Spring show with 4 women. It was a darling place and we got good tips from our host Natalie. It’s not right in the middle of things, but quick 20 minutes drive will get you to shopping and various cute towns and restaurants in the area. We had some problem with the sliding doors staying on the track, but otherwise a super stay.”

“Red Bird Ranch was absolutely amazing! Celebrated a big birthday with my adult children and their spouses. It was awesome to have a well appointed house fully equipped with a pool table, an outdoor gas fireplace, a state-of-the-art grill and an outdoor fire pit. The second house with two bedrooms and a little living area was 20 steps away. It was a 25 minute drive in to Round Top where we went shopping and just enjoyed each other‘s company. “The ambiance was inviting, cozy, bright, and cheery. The house smelled wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch, enjoying the yard and view. Booking the property and access to the property was easy! The property is listed as tranquil. It is more like "trainquil" for those who like trains!”

“This property was very eerie. There were no blinds on the windows, even in the bathrooms. The beds were poorly made, suggesting they were unclean. There was no bottled water in the fridge. The front door looked like it had been broken into at one point. The neighbors property is very unkept. I had to look for the lock box that wasn’t on the front door. It was in the top of the lantern, if my husband wasn’t 6’2 we would have had to find a stool or something to stand on to get the key out.……

“Stayed here for antique week which was about 25 minutes away. The house is full of history and antiques which was a prefect setting for our trip.”

“Our second amazing stay in this beautifully restored farmhouse. High ceilings, rooms that flow, and a welcoming host make this the perfect retreat. Our girls trip included the Painted Churches in Schulenburg, shopping in Round Top, and wonderful breakfasts, dinners, and games in our home away from home. We love the small sitting area right off the kitchen for early morning coffee and chats. Plus the big back porch overlooking a pasture with rocking chairs to watch the sunset. You will love it!”
