The owner was very nice and extremely attentive.But the pool area had multiple black widows like it hadn’t been clean in a good while.The chairs recovered in spiderwebs. We couldn’t even sit down on them.when someone was sent over to clean them off, she barely swept them and told me that I had spray under the sink and I could use it if I needed to. I went back out to the pool and the black widow was still there. So we didn’t let the kids get back in.The……

“This property was very eerie. There were no blinds on the windows, even in the bathrooms. The beds were poorly made, suggesting they were unclean. There was no bottled water in the fridge. The front door looked like it had been broken into at one point. The neighbors property is very unkept. I had to look for the lock box that wasn’t on the front door. It was in the top of the lantern, if my husband wasn’t 6’2 we would have had to find a stool or something to stand on to get the key out.……

“I'll start by saying that I have stayed in dozens of vacation rental and have never had an instance where I felt it necessary to provide a negative review. We knew the home was older from the listing pictures but there was a key detail that was not mentioned or visible in the listing which is that the only shower in the home was a cast iron tub which had been converted into a shower. One of our guests was an older gentlemen and had we known this detail would have allowed us to make other……
