“Loved the room and whole complex. Small building so not a crowded space. Beautiful view of the beach and a smooth walk to the water. Umbrellas and cabanas available to rent at the beach. Close to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and breakfast. ”

“Location was great for our needs, dining, beach access & commuting. The unit itself (301) was ok but not the cleanest. The bathrooms were bad, not much effort was put into cleaning them. The water was hard & left a film on the eating utensils, also not great for showering. There was a broom, but no dust pan, mop but no bucket & not one piece of beach equipment (chairs,cooler,umbrella or even kids bucket/shovel). We like the unit location of unit as it was on the end. The pool area was great,……

“Location is key for this hotel. Short walking distance to very nice Madeira beach. Easy driving access to all directions for other attractions. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage, much infrastructure around the hotel is gone so meal options are limited within walking distance. Hotel itself has limited menu and a nice top floor bar. Rooms are very nice but common area floors etc could use better maintenance, they clearly were not vacuumed during our stay with debris on the hall carpets. Also,……

“We definitely loved this quaint little place and enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the free amenities like beach chairs and umbrella, hammocks, Adirondack chairs; and of course being right on the beach!! If we were to look for improvements, the water was never really hot, there were no spoons in the room for coffee, and a fire pit would have been a great addition. ”

“It took 5 phones calls to get the code to be able to park. The room was nice but there is a window above the door that keeps the room lite up all night from the porch light that we couldn't control.”
