“Really nice property, ideally situated a short walking distance from downtown Tacoma, Proctor, and old Tacoma. Also a very short drive to Ruston or Point Defiance. Everything in the unit was clean and as advertised. Having two bedrooms and baths was great as our adult daughter stayed with us for part of the time we were visiting. We highly recommend this property!”

“The condo is very clean and is close to restaurants and shopping. I had no washcloths and when I contacted the property manager I was told someone would bring them and they never did. I did a load of laundry on the last day of my stay and when I went to put my cloths in the dryer I found towels and washcloths half dry in the dryer. The TV did not work during the entire stay. There are 3 WiFi networks to choose from and none of them would work on the TV. The WiFi would go in and out of service on……

“We visited Seattle and nearby attractions: Mt. Rainer, Multnomah falls, Olympic NP, North Cascade NP. So decided to find a place where it is in the middle of all these places. Tacoma was a good spot. Location: The Condo was was located in a a quiet and historic neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Tacoma, dining places, 15 minutes drive to Tacoma Mall, and few minutes drive to Walmart and Target. Cleanliness: the place was clean. Entry: easy keyless access. Love it instead of trying to figure……

“On street parking is fairly easy to find. You will hear music from the businesses around. Cool neighborhood with vintage and antique shops galore. Good beds. One bedroom is downstairs. ”

“We lived in the Tacoma area many years and knew of the mental illness/homeless problems. Thought it had improved somewhat. Clearly not! Behind us the Fawcett building appeared to house many mental health victims who were out and about causing unsafe conditions. GGuestsGuests”

This location was ideal, just a short drive or walk to fantastic local coffee shops, delicious breakfast spots, and great dinner options.The condo was easy to access with a lighted parking spot right by the private entrance, and no stairs to navigate. The secure access added peace of mind. Inside, the condo was quiet, spacious, and comfortable.……

“As the Momma to 3 grown kids who are all married and some with kids of their own, we can rarely all get together. But each summer we spend a weekend together. This year was the best place by far. We loved the pool, clubhouse, and the beach. The house itself was clean and provided us with enough room. We took long walks everyday and several of us commented on how it felt like being in a lovely state park. I highly recommend this place!! My only suggestion is to be sure you have Check-in……

“The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place.”
