“i wish i could give it 6 stars! What a great deal! For much less than the cost of the near by run down hotels this cottage had new appliances, fantastic view complete with a huge deck that i could watch the daily show of ducks and geese and tide go i and out. The day i arrived i was greeted by the VERY friendly dogs and cat could not ask for more!”

“It was a nice enough property. Owners are a busy family but, responsive to any issues. Some older kitchen supplies, a couple of clean but stained towels, couch well used.We bought a vacuum as we were a long stay.It suited our needs, had a pretty view, and we would stay there again. “Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and……

“My stay was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the great view from the deck, perfect at the end of a long day. The house was cozy and well-appointed. Parking was somewhat tight for my camper, but I was nevertheless able to park without too much trouble by backing into the upper parking space. Melissa was quick to offer alternative parking options, which I appreciated. I would definitely return if I was in the area again!”
