“My husband and I stayed for a weekend with friends...we had the BEST time! The cabin with clean, cute, and as described. It was equipped with fire wood, a nice grill for making dinner, and plenty of games. The cabin was very close to town and conventient. Highly recommend! ”

“We were very pleased with this comfortable stay in the small town of Elba. We were so close to Whitewater State Park and were able to wind down after a full day at the the park singing karaoke at a family owned diner in town. "Staying at the Alexander Mansion felt like stepping back in time to an era of elegance and warmth. Every piece of furniture and every lamp tells a story—but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the hospitality of the 80-something host, a former chef, who graciously prepared a beautiful and heartfelt breakfast ceremony for us. His kindness and attention to detail gave our journey a sense of home and heartfelt care. Thank you for not only providing a charming place to stay, but for making every guest feel seen, welcomed, and cherished. This will remain one of the warmest memories of my travels. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking quiet, history, and genuine hospitality. It’s more than just a B&B—it’s a soul-soothing experience."
