“I felt safe and welcome at this property. Shopping facilities were all around the property. Very convenient for transport. A shoot out to the staff who were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate hotel requests. I do prefer to have access to a safe in room. Something that was not in place. Valuables could be secured at front desk. Some staff spoke several languages which was helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if l return to Valencia. ”

“This is a lovely hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are compact but fairly well designed. I did not love having the toilet separated from the bathroom area though. The staff are helpful and polite. Service at breakfast can be very slow when it's busy. They could really do with additional staff to address this.
