“We had a wonderful trip to Forge Lake Lodge. Home is one of a kind and the communication with the host was great. Views are incredible from the back deck. Navigating the last 2 miles of road before you reach the home can be intense but once you arrive its with it! ”

“We stayed here so we could go to the Bronco off roadeo, it was about a 40 min beautiful drive! This house was comfortable and large we had 4 couples all had their own king size bed with an ensuit bathroom, this was so great!! Two things that did disappoint but not enough to mark the property down the pillows are large fat uncomfortable foam pillows in many of the rooms and we could not get the ice machine to work,other than these two issues this house is great was very happy as to how clean it……

“My family and I came to the area for a weekend getaway to take our son to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City and stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights… and I could say the stay was definitely not long enough! It was a beautiful and quaint little lodge that was tucked away in the wilderness!! I had a mix up on my days and was able to call the owner directly to correct my mistake and he was so helpful and took care of it right away even though I booked through VRBO. “Cute and clean little cabin feel. We loved having the comforts of a place to land after a day of adventures. We appreciated the mini kitchenette for having some meals in and the outdoor amenities were amazing. We cooked some wonderful food on the Blackstone grill, and enjoyed the fire pit on the evening it wasn't raining. Lots of great conversations and company. The owner is very hospitable and there are lots of nice thoughtful touches through out. Don't miss out on this one. We hope to stay……
