“Great place and perfect location. Owners are great!!”

“My family really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The home is well maintained and clean with all of the essentials. The views from the porch are wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn't see any bears during our stay. There were deer, a groundhog, and bunnies visiting frequently.Our only issue, that really didn't impact our stay much, is the way some of the plants were growing up the porch rails and causing more bees & wasps to also enjoy being there. The hosts are responsive and helpful.”

“We have been coming to Franklin for many years now. This place checked all of our boxes and we plan to return soon! The WiFi worked great, which is always hard to find in this area. The garage was super convenient for unloading our stuff and being able to keep it secure while we were gone. The location is perfect, great views but still close to town and no trekking all the way up a mountain. All the furnishings, blankets, etc are new and clean. This place is a perfect ‘home base’ while exploring……

“Charming little cottage, perfect for our short stay in the area! It is beautiful inside and very fresh and new feeling. My husband and I were quite comfortable while staying here and especially enjoyed the river access after spending the morning hiking. (The only thing that would have made the river better would be some camp chairs to sit in.) The cottage is fully furnished with thoughtful extras thrown in. Very clean and no smells (good or bad). The kitchen is fully equipped. A/C and ceiling……

“The Mitchell Cabin is a gem! The property and views are stunning. My family and I loved watching the goats on the neighboring farm each morning. The loft is not useable however an air mattress and the pull out couch worked for our family of four. A wonderful stay! ”

“Really enjoy staying at the farmhouse. The house is clean and newly renovated. The driveway is easy to drive in and out as it is flat and wide enough for our suv. The house is close to town and conveniently located between rafting centers and Murphy. This is our second year staying and will be back next year. ”

“We loved this house! It was like a cozy haven away from our normal city life. We sat in the rockers on the front porch every evening and watched the lightning bugs and cows while the sun went down. The host was amazing and stayed on top of any questions we had. I could not recommend this house more. We will definitely stay there again. ”
