“We loved our stay here. The check in process was very easy. Communication with owners was immediate. We had to reach out regarding some lights that had burned out and Tara and Pete immediately helped us. The home is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. We had 2 adults, 2-18 year olds, a 15 year old, a 13 year old and a 4 year old. They all spent so much time with the pool table and hot tub. “We had such a great time! We didn't want to leave. The property is up in the mountains, so we saw so many bears! There was even one on the back porch! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, except some washcloths for the kitchen, but there was a sponge. They had lysol wipes available, which was nice to have. The windowsills were not clean, you can tell they haven't been cleaned in a while. A vacuum would have been nice to have to clean the floors after eating.……

“Great place. New listing so not much in the house for extras. Trash bags, paper towels, coffee things like that. Ran out or none at all, not convenient when the nearest store is 35 minutes away. Other than that a beautiful home.”

“Check-in was done independently and it was super easy. The instructions were provided well in advance and we knew exactly what to do! Make sure you screenshot the check in PDF bc the service up in the mountains is spotty so you’ll need to connect to wifi pretty quickly! The cabin was clean, well stocked, and super cute. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was large enough for both of us to be in the space comfortably. We would totally stay here again! ”

“My family and I had a lovely time in the Smoky Mountains and really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and organized and had breathtaking views of the mountains. Kitchen had all of the basics and our kids loved the arcade games. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool across the street. Host was welcoming and responsive. It is close to the national park and to Gatlinburg. We would definitely rent again.”

“Overall the house is beautiful and was very comfortable for a family of 10. The living areas are large and suitable for large families to hang out. Lower level has a fuseball table, mini pool table, and tons of board games. Communication with home owners was clear and responsive. A few small but manageable criticisms: Mountain view is obscured in the summer from tall trees, showers needed a deep clean, and there was only 1 TV in the house, on the lower level.
