“We spent the holiday weekend with the whole family to celebrate a special birthday. The house was perfect for all our needs. If the owners ever want to sell please let us know it was home away from home we loved it.”

“Great place. New listing so not much in the house for extras. Trash bags, paper towels, coffee things like that. Ran out or none at all, not convenient when the nearest store is 35 minutes away. Other than that a beautiful home.”

“The house is beautiful. Towels were one per person- a few extra on hand would have been nice but not essential. The house had all the basic kitchen equipment. The trees have grown out since the original photos were taken so the views were a little obscured, but the area is gorgeous. We had family staying at Fontana Village and it took about 25 minutes to get there, 30 if you're not comfortable on the curvy roads. Having so much space for everyone to gather together was great. It's a great location, full of beauty and we loved the proximity to the waterfall trail! It was also very close to town which was convenient for groceries at Aldi or Walmart as needed. “We did have a few problems finding the place, but the neighbors were wonderful, helping to navigate the mountain. As soon as you start up the mountain you lose Wi-Fi and phone connection. (all stated in the directions but we didn't realize just how quick we would lose service. There was plenty of recreation supplies. The place was pretty and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings, and a fire in the fire pit at night. Bring extra towels if you can. I would recommend it……
