“Our stay was amazing. Purple Mountain was clean and comfortable with easy walking access to downtown. Chris, the host, was phenomenal. From the homemade, exquisite breakfasts to evening happy hour in the living room. Chris was welcoming and we quickly made friends with him, his dogs, and others staying there. Chris was knowledgeable of the area offering places to eat, hike, and alternate routes to drive home for the best views. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Crested……

"Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty."
