“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“This was such a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect. Easy to ski in and out. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Look forward to returning. ”

“The room itself is a pretty small studio but has everything you’d need if you’re planning on mainly eating out in the village instead of cooking (and has enough to get by if you want to cook a couple small meals). The building has somewhat thin walls, but the noise wasn’t much of a problem since people didn’t seem to stay up too late. The main reason for my 3 star review was the visible dirt/rocks on our floor. We called to request cleaning and they told us they would forward the request to……

“It is fake. VRBO did not check owners and property. Anyone can list anything. :(The reservation was not found by the property staff. The host did not respond, the provided phone is Easyrider Insurance Agency, Jim (James). When I connected to VRBO, they told me that the property was overbooked. James canceled the reservation after the check-in time for the “ GUEST_MINIMUM_AGE” reason which is not true. It was on New Year's Eve :(”

Played a little ping pong, shuffleboard, and Pac man with the kids. 2 out of the three arcade games turn on. They only sort of work but still fun. Nice clubroom with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom close to swimming area. One hotub was open one night and closed the other. Didn't get a chance to use it. “Tim is an all-star host. Great communication, very gracious and kind. The property is super close to lots of outdoor activities and the village. The shuttle was constantly looping around so we never needed our car. The jacuzzis were clean and hot. Bed was comfy, pull-out sofa was super handy and the kitchen had everything we needed.
