“the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room. ”

“Well the place has been under construction and I actually had to mop my room cuz it was Footprints everywhere there was no towels I had to go to the front desk and get them”

“They were in the middle of remodeling so they put alot missing things so they have stuff out of the way like no ice trays in the refrigerator, not enough towels and no plates or silverware but the guy at the desk said that they are not normally but I would think they would at least have a sign telling you to asked at the desk for them. Your visitor still need the items as larger of a building they could have maybe made a totally floor kept with everything while they worked on another floor……
