“在這漂亮的酒店住了4個晚上，感覺舒適，酒店提供免費電動汽車服務，很體貼，雖然我們自己租了一架大Van,但平日出入用酒店提供的smart car 到市區很方便，餐飲方面，有2晚在酒店餐廳用餐，食物及餐酒都不錯，惟早餐所提供的食物種類及質量較一般。另一點不太滿意的地方是，這酒店出名的水療中心，我們三位女士原想安排水療服務，但原來他們只有兩名一男一女的服務員，所以不能安排同一時間做spa,故我們只能放棄，有點失望。”

“1.雖然離車站稍遠，但從車站走到飯店都是下坡，入住後即有免費市區交通卡，所以隔天前往車站，在附近搭6號公車上坡至車站只需五分鐘車程，而且巴士時刻表相當準點，非常好控制時間。 2.隔音超好，住宿當晚有歐洲杯球賽，外面即使有歡呼聲，房間內什麼也聽不到，只是住宿的房間可能正好有管線，偶有呼嚕嚕聲，但不至於擾人。 3.房間裝修算蠻新的，我主要過夜，為了隔天早上往琉森的觀光列車，這裡比起車站旁的房價，相對優勢。 ”

“第二次路过入住了，除了房间小点以外没有任何缺点，首先，前台服务极其热情，知道我第二天早起不能吃早餐，特意预备了take away有水果、矿泉水、两个汉堡还有一个巧克力棒。知道我没有买到去意大利的火车票特地帮我申请了可以到边境小城的全州免费公交票。那个票其实真的可以很好用的，只可惜我没时间用。 酒吧是二十四小时服务，不小心打碎了酒杯也没有要我赔偿，真的挺不好意思的。后面还有花园和游泳池，可惜没时间享受。 离火车站仅仅三五分钟步行时间。 如果非要说缺点的话就是进市区要下山，毕竟火车站在山上，酒店挨着火车站，而住市区依山而建临着湖。不过火车站有缆车可以直通市中心，下山回来半路上才发现的，可惜没有体验到。”

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a……

“The location of this hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the views of the lake are stunning. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself can definitely use a few upgrades For 1 the Air conditioner is pretty terrible. It’s pretty much a fan, the room gets pretty warm during the day. At night it’s not terrible but the AC can use an upgrade for sure. Also the furniture and carpets/rugs need to be changed or cleaned thoroughly. Plenty of stains on the carpet and couches.
