“Die Zimmer sind recht gross, Badezimmer auch. Schrank für Kleider eher minimal und wenig. Frühstück hat uns gepasst, war alles vorhanden. Sehr feines Brot. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch fein. Lage an der Haupstrasse, dafür zentral gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das ganze Hotel war sauber. Wir werden gerne dieses Hotel wieder buchen.”

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. "I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
