“The room itself is good, there are many amenities including a Keurig, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. Some of the windows don't work well but the sound of the creek rushing by is soothing. We loved sitting out by the creek and the fire. We had a bbq there too. Our host helped me recover my lost item and I really appreciated that. Check in was easy and the walk into town was really close to town. ”

“I stayed here with my 5 girlfriends for a weekend to celebrate my 50th. After a couple of them left, some of the Dads came up with the kids. The property was spacious with ample bathrooms. Everything was really clean. My friends enjoyed the extra spices that were left behind in the pantry for cooking our meals. We roamed the property near the creek and the kids enjoyed the fair garden. We were finally able to enjoy the jacuzzi right before we left. We can't wait to come back! Just a head's up……

“The Cozy Cabin was exactly that. Beautiful surroundings and easy to locate. My family and I had plans to ski at Soda Springs for the weekend, which was a short 30 minutes to the hill, which worked out perfectly. Out of the hustle and bustle of traffic and a quiet retreat. “There were 8 of us at this home. I loved that you saw trees from every window of the home, even the skylight. The decks were a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views. “We were truly blown away by this little oasis in Nevada City. My husband and I stayed here with our baby and our dog while celebrating our anniversary and we couldn’t have been more delighted with the space. “The duck pond cabin is homely. It's mostly quiet and the views are vast. The pond is a pond and it's fun to kayak around. The only major issue we had was the smell from the septic tank emanating from the bathroom located next to the bed. During the day the windows can be opened airing it out but at night it smells like a sewer. Lastly, never leave valuables even if just for a little. ”
