“Stayed over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate the 94th birthday of my mom who lives in a nearby senior living facility. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away.”

“This cozy condo is aptly named. Deirdre thought of everything guests would need to be comfortable. There is no guesswork with booking, arriving, staying and departing. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clothing and book stores no more than a 5-minute walk. Our first full day in Grass Valley it poured rain. Typically this is not what I’d want on a short getaway, but because of the coziness of the condo, it was a relaxing day and I’ll go back to this place often.”

“The property was beautiful and clean. Communication with management was clear and I appreciated the quick responses. Lots of room for plenty of people. I booked for an overnight stay for my 14 year old daughter's birthday with her 6 friends. They enjoyed the spacious property and hot tub (weather was too cold to enjoy pool). Plenty of rooms to choose from. Will try to stay there during the summer and use pool and huge backyard for a barbeque. Flexible with late check out. Friendly vibes from……
