“The Residence was the perfect setting for a girls trip. All of us were 65 years old and we loved being able to take a walk around Baldwin Park every morning, use the pool, and then go into Winter Park. The house had everything we could possibly want. We loved grilling outside by the pool for dinner. We ate out for lunch every day. Would highly recommend and return to this property. Caitlyn was wonderful to work with.”

“The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!”

“Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”

“Car parking easyLocation near to a Large Walmart and near to UniversalBeds comfortable, air conditioning good.Everything about the property was good for the price. We did have 2 problems though.1) We weren't warned about building works to the property. These took place earlier than 7am in the morning some days.2) There were warnings not to put things down the toilets.We didn't but they both still blocked up. “Lovely, relaxing piece of property. The staff was very nice. Never saw any other guests during our stay so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There was a mini fridge in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. It was very clean and taken care of.”
