“Home was clean and well decorated. Very spacious and the kids loved the themed bunk room. Private pool was small but paid for the heat which was worth it. Resort amenities are somewhat underwhelming ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“Our travels plans were shifted at the last minute so we were planning as we were going and were stunned by this condo. The amenities are great, the pool is heated, the gym is small but has all you need for a good sweat... furthermore the location is close to everything while keeping crowsds at bay. Staff is swift, courteous and communicative on technical issues -in our case the wifi.”

“Would strongly recommend. Everything we needed and very command close to everywhere we wanted to go.”

“Great property with tons of things to do. Waterpark was extra but 7 other pools to swim at and activities. Food right on site. Very clean! Great for families or without! ”

“Condo was as advertised. We were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the condo. It met my family’s needs. Golf was nearby and it was 10-15 minutes to Universal. A few good restaurants nearby- walking distance. Could also walk to Publix and Walgreens. Only disappointment was that the pool nearest the condo was under construction and could not be used. Had to walk 15 minutes to the other pool. ”
