“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full.
