“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“We added on the heat to the pool and it was too cold to use to the pool. Only complaint if we were to have one!”

“Great stay - 2 bedrooms with kitchen was very spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped and had enough dishes + pans + etc that we could actually cook. Super-nice bathrooms and comfy, downy beds. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. My kid's favorite part was the arcade and they had a nice market for grab-and-go items. Would definitely stay again”

“After all day walking around and visiting all the parks, we came back very tired about 12 o’clock at night and the AC was not cooling after the AC guy came. He told us that this AC unit has been broken for a couple days and all they had him do was recharge so we are sitting here at 12 o’clock and I will no AC having to pack up all our clothes with the kids and move to another room was a little disappointed that they rented us the room, knowing they had an issue for the last couple days the AC……
