“Stayed here for 1 night as we landed very late into Melbourne. We got to the motel at around 11:40pm. We took the shuttle directly from the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4, bathroom was clean and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ shower cap were provided. Towels were soft. I especially loved the heater light bulbs in the bathroom! It kept us warm during the winter. I would definitely come back if I had to stay near the airport. ”

“因夜機而選擇在機場附近找間酒店住下，沒想到為了找這間酒店而在半夜狼狽不堪地找，明明遠處看到它，但是十分難找。居然拖著重重的行李箱衝上高速路後，卻發現過不去。住宿沒有提供拖鞋，十分簡陋。酒店沒有電梯，唯獨幸好前台小哥樂於幫助我們，一次性把兩個共34kg的行李抬上三樓。”

“Clean and well furnished room. I especially like the spacious desktop for I had to work sometimes. Staff are very nice. The only thing is Melbourne somehow authorize construction works for underground train stations until like 1am. This can be very noisy. I could sleep, but maybe I stayed on high floor.”

“飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。”

“Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com ”
