“I arrived late at night. The guy on reception was really welcoming and helpful. I had a heavy case and there's no lift, but he sprinted up to the first floor with my case. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy and has tea/coffee. The shower was good. I had to go into London before my flight. I left my cases in the room and they were ready by reception on my return. It's worth considering this hotel if you're flying from Heathrow. Yes, the taxi fare is a bit more but the hotel price is……
