“Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. “Quiet, tidy neighborhood convenient to downtown (the State Street tourist areas). The property is exactly as pictured, with the addition of an amazing flower garden in the back yard! We enjoyed its proximity to South Holston Lake and to the Mendota Trail for biking/walking.”
