“The Itsy by Treebo is barely a hotel. It has the sense of a building under construction, in a part of the city under construction as well. Amenities are barebone and the staff barely speaks English. I was also particularly annoyed because while I was napping the staff barged into my room to install a new TV. That was completely unacceptable as I said I did not want them in the room, and they did it anyways. I would absolutely not stay here again.”

We went to reception several times and I even sat in the garden for an hour on a video call and didn’t see anyone. We assumed we would be able to settle the bill in the morning, but instead, someone came knocking on our door at 10pm demanding payment.
