“Everything was amazing, the staff was superb. Victoria House is a jewel, I truly believe is the best hotel in San Pedro, Belize.”

“When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. ”

“Would definitely stay there again. Enjoy the breakfast on resort but the dinner is not all that great. Didn’t impact our stay and would still give 5 stars for the amazing customer service”

The property manager, Jason, is truly the best. Barbara is thorough, and a great communicator, you know all your details before you arrive. We highly recommend this property.”
