“The property was everything we needed. The location and amenities were great. This time of year, with the trees shedding, the pool probably needs to be maintained 2 x weekly but other than that, it was perfect. The response from the property management was amazing. Thank you for an awesome vacation!”

“This is one of our favorite spots! Great view of the dunes and the ocean from the second floor. Swimming pool almost out the back door. Whenever we have a question, Cindy is very quick to get back to us. We have been here before and hopefully coming back again next year.”

“Overall, the property was fantastic and one of the nicer units in the complex on VRBO. Every amenity that you would need was available. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival and the the owner immediately remedied the situation. Will definitely stay again.”

“Everything projected about the property was on point. It was a quiet neighborhood but we were still able to enjoy ourselves poolside with music with no issues. The kids loved being outside and in the pool. The adults enjoyed sitting poolside and enjoying ourselves while they swam. The house was nice and spacious. We were not overcrowded and was able to relax by ourself when able we was to. Great property and highly recommended for anyone looking for a 7 bedroom property for a nice get away. ”

“Great property for our family of 5. Condo was a bit dated but everything in working order. Our view overlooked the pool, no beach view from our unit. But beach was only 5 min walk, our unit supplied beach cart and chairs which was great!Complex was also very nice, close parking, central pool location. Was also very quiet. This is what we were hoping for even though it was spring break. All people we met in the complex were very friendly. Did get a couple restaurant recommendations from a……

“Our overall stay at the property was a good experience. 7 min walk to the beach through the community and a 15 min drive to downtown. Very convenient. The house has all the needs for the beach - chairs, umbrellas and towels. Would be nice to invest in a small wagon to tote it all as we had our hands full!Plenty of room to accommodate our needs. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Enough space for us all to comfortably stay for 4 days. Owner was quick to send us all check in……

“The location is great and property/ unit is outdated. Few light blubs in the unit were out. The master bathroom shower wasn't working at all. Try to contact the owners before check-in and during but no response at all. No communication from owner during stay. Since it's owned privately, the facility office won't be able to help at all. The amount of money is charged wasn't worth the unit. Just honest review. ”
