“This is the kind of beach cottage I remember from childhood. Low-key, homey, and thoughtfully appointed, right down to novels by local authors. I could stay there for a month! The owner/manager lives downstairs and is pleasantly available if you need anything. You do have to get your suitcase up an exterior flight of steps, but he'll help you. You can see the ocean from the porch and walk to it in 2 minutes along a private boardwalk. ”

“This house was perfect for our party of five family members plus two small dogs. The floor plan was great, updated furnishings and decor. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room. It was a quiet neighborhood close to the beach (by golf cart) and met any and all of our needs. Highly recommend.”

“The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. ”

“The property was cozy and perfect for my son and I. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach which was fantastic. Cindy was very kind and keeps the apartment clean and fully stocked with all the supplies you need. Would definitely return!”
