“We liked the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was gracious and most helpful. The breakfasts were great, freshly cooked to order every morning. Ally, our waitress was fantastic. She was on the ball! Unfortunately, the elevator was broken most of our stay, but the staff helped us with our luggage when we were leaving. The beds were comfortable also.”

“I was just disappointed, I thought we had a claw tub in our room according to the internet and called to get some bath salts. I also called and asked about bathrobes. On the phone they were all helpful but the room had been recently upgraded and the claw tub was gone, no bath salts, no bathrobes. Wish the staff had just said we don’t do that so downgraded one star.”

“Historical property with quaint rooms. Not the fault of the Inn but an unpleasant odor outside at times that I’m guessing was coming from the beachfront.”

“This is our third time staying here! Owner is delightful and goes to every effort to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast is beautifully prepared. You can walk to the Cumberland Island ferry and to restaurants. Owner will facilitate a purchase of lunch to take on the ferry. The house is done in a victorian style. Nice front porch for relaxing. ”

“Quaint and clean, well-appointed, with friendly owners and staff. Great location with an easy walk to downtown. Pool and hot tub were a bonus. We had a lovely stay. ”

“We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!”
