“Rented this house because I had a wedding to go to in Foresthill. Wow - this is like a treehouse -your view is the forest. The wrap around porch is where you spend most of your time - very tranquil and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you need a getaway to be able to relax. Thank you for a wonderful visit.”

“Host is super nice and responsible. Most Equipments that he mentioned are provided except for bbq, but we brought our own grill. facilities are provided and fully functional. “This is a very cute, family friendly property. The house is in a great location. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. There is plenty of things to do near by as well, such as Folsom Lake, malls and Sacramento. I also appreciate the communication from the host(s).”

“We had a great stay! We did not get to stay at this house due to a plumbing issue but the owner was quick to communicate and move us to another place. Overall we had a great time and it's close to lots of stores. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. ”

“Immaculate space. Owners very thoughtful with a lot of attention to detail and extra touches for guest comfort. We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. ”

“Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! ”

“We stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Roebblen Center. The house was in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. It was 15 minutes to everything we needed. It was very clean and equipped with the basics. We had a slight mishap upon arrival, but the property managers remedied the issue. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again.”
