“Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. ”

“Amazing atmosphere and very kind hosts, one thing to note, and honestly wasn’t too big of a deal but if you’re planning on sleeping in, there are kids and you are below them so it can get a little loud in the mornings; which is not a big deal at all because it is pretty clearly communicated, it just is something to note; they are very accommodating as well, overall a wonderful experience and will most likely be back”

We had room to stretch out on the patio and enjoyed cozy conversation in the small but very comfortable living room/dining/kitchen area. Lots of natural light & sunshine in all rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and had towels/hairdryer/soaps (main bath w/shower, commode, sink are separate from a vanity area w/2nd sink near bedrooms, and extra 1/2 bath off living……
