“This is a cute character home. Had most kitchen items of what we needed while we were there for the weekend. The host responded quickly when we had questions about the home. ”

“Every year we bring our Mothers somewhere for a long weekend to show our appreciation. This was by far the most comfortable rental yet. Very homey with amazing veiws. You would be fine even if you never left the house to see the sites. Everyone Loved this house. ”

“Very unfortunate experience with our first VRBO booking. After driving for 9 hrs we arrived at the property only to find another party already there. Apparantly the property had been double booked. I understand mistakes and oversights happen but after a long day of travelling this is not what .you want to run into. The owner did not answer the phone we we called to resolve the issue and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with VRBO to get a refund and then our party of 4 had to crowd into a……

“The property was equipped to meet all basic needs. The provided heater was appreciated. Cleanliness and property condition was standard. Access into building/suits was clear and convenient. The building set up did result in frequent noises from hallways and suites, but the host rules did provide appropriate 'quiet' periods for adequate rest. Notably, one body sized towel is provided for the entire stay.”

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
