“Unprofessional Front Desk Experience During my stay, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism at the front desk. On multiple occasions, the receptionist greeted me with “What’s up?”—an informal and inappropriate greeting in a hospitality setting. I waited patiently in line, was polite throughout, yet was met with an unprofessional attitude. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, and we were assigned a room on the third floor. Although we didn’t complain about the inconvenience,……

“The front staff was very friendly, they had freshly baked cookies at the front desk. The breakfast has freshly baked banana bread and a staff member that cooked eggs to your order. These few things I've mentioned gave this property a small hometown type of feeling. However I found the king bed we slept in to be on the very firm side I would have liked something a little softer.”

“This is a very clean and comfortable place. The hosts were very responsive both before and during our visit. It is tucked away, yet easily accessible to the highway, and not far from Idaho Falls, Rigby, and Rexburg. We will keep this place in mind for future visits. ”
