Our flight was delayed due to visa hiccup but the staff took good care of me and my boy. "We booked this hotel before it was officially opened, but we were attracted by its interior design and the convenient location. We decided to give it a try even though there was not a single review yet. Our four nights' stay turned out to be the best experience we ever had in HCMC. This was a birthday trip. We got an upgrade from the basic no window room to a room with a view of the Benh Thanh Market. Streets nearby are busy in the day but quiet at night. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good, though not a very big variety of selections, it is decent and delicately served. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They started communicating with you since you booked the hotel and catering your every needs with politeness, making you feel like you are staying in a 5-star hotel! I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends."
