“The room was ok with clean nice sheets and mattress, but the access to the room was terrible with a small elevator that was crowded most of the time. We ended up walking up to the 6th floor because of the elevator wait. The restaurant next to the room was not ideal for a relaxing environment. Although an ideal location for walking Nguyen Hue street, it was noisy and not easy to get a good nights sleep.”
“@Linh Trox The overall experience at this hotel was very satisfying. The staff maintained a friendly and respectful attitude throughout my stay. My room was bright, well-furnished, and offered a great level of privacy. The location was practical, with several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The check-out process was quick and efficient, and the front desk was always available for support. I would definitely consider coming back on my next trip.”
“If you see this as a budget hotel, then it’s not bad. Good location and good price.
But if you see this as a 4 star downtown hotel, then you will be very disappointed. Room is old and smelly, molding bathroom, and most importantly it’s not clean. I killed 5 flying bugs in my room and body got itchy over night. Definitely not coming back again :(”
“It s conveniently located at the saigon centre mall. 30min ride from airport. Within walkable distance can reach many places amd restaurants. Feel safe around.
Its Spacious inside the room, considering the price. ”
“Stay in there for business trip, they upgrade the room with balcony which is in front of riverside, really nice!
Breakfast with a lot of choices which are good.
Just the flushing perfomance of toilet is not good enough. Otnerwise it would be perferct! ”
"Hotel breakfast is great and variety choices. Location bit far from downtown and very few free shuttle from hotel to downtown. Would be great to have more shuttle buses at different time. 2 free bottles of water daily. "
Great location, Bad soundproofing & privacy issues
"The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic.
Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel.
Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have."
