“Our group of 9 people booked a 4 bedroom apartment outside of our preferred location so that we can stay together. When we arrived, they said it wasn’t available and placed us in two separate units. They advertised "designer toiletries" and didn’t even provide us with HAND SOAP. They were two extremely barebone apartments, not the type of place you book for a two night stay. They told me to buy soap at the convenience store down the street when I asked for some. They extensively promoted……

If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast.
