“Very clean, beach only a few hundred ft away, awesome AC, and great bathrooms. We were extremely pleased! Great beach vacation!”

“My friends and I booked this house for a long weekend getaway. It was super clean, spacious, and had a nice backyard we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone slept comfortably and was satisfied with the house. It’s in the best location- a block from the beach, right next to the best coffee shop (Kookaburra), walking distance to good food, shops, and a quick 10 minute drive into St Augustine (Publix, restaurants, and downtown). Even though this is a duplex house, our neighbors were so quiet and we didn’t……

“This property is very clean and is in a perfect location. It’s even closer to the beach than I anticipated. The accessories for the beach made life so much easier. The unit also has great air conditioning and is well stocked with everything you could need. The host was great with communication and helped us to get booked at the last minute. And let me say again that the location is PERFECT! Good location, clean place, and great communication…couldn’t ask for more. 5 stars! ”

“Great spot on the quiet side of the island. Walking distance to putt putt was a huge plus. Facility has two pools and everyone was welcoming and kind.”

“We had a very fine time at Oveanview Apt in Crescent Beach! Everything we needed was there. The beds were quite new and comfortable. I cannot overstate how clean the place was. I was very fancy and well put together inside. The lack of much water pressure was our only issue. the outside needs some attention at some point to remain viable The steps going up to apt 7 are uneven so be careful. we loved our stay so much and would recommend to anyone. ”

Jed and Dave were perfect hosts. Not just hosts but new friends. There is so much to do in the area that it could keep you very busy but we found our joy in the peaceful surroundings and only went out for dinner. I can’t say enough and we will definitely go back. ”

Tasteful "beachy" decor was very comforting and had a peaceful ambiance. Pet friendly was a HUGE consideration for us and was a nice size for our special girl. Loved it! ”
