“We have rented in this community before and really like it. It’s a little bit older community and some of the exterior areas are now in disrepair. That’s not a reflection on the condo owner at all. Just a general observation of the complex. The condo owner was extremely responsive to an HVAC issue we had that was completely out of her control. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
