“This Vrbo is a gem. It’s just right for two people. It met our need for lodging was affordable and very convenient. Literally 4-5 steps from pool of the patio. Beach is very close and has a family vibe. The only issue we had was a coffee pot malfunction and there was a new one at our door that afternoon. Highly recommend this vrbo for a beach getaway. ”

“We had a wonderful stay, even though it was short, we will be back! The fixtures and appliances are all modern. Remote control fans, and lighting. Comfortable living space. Screened back porch. Compact washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of parking outside of the unit. Parking pass, and security gate key cards included. Beautiful property overall and located in the heart of Butler Beach. Lots of dining options. Very attentive and polite owner. ”

“We were in St. Augustine for just a couple of days, this location provided a good mix of being able to walk to the quiet beach in the mornings and evenings, and still drive into town when we wanted to.”

“This condo was ideal for a beach vacation. Clean, nice location, easy access to the beach. It also has a pool which was well kept. Full size washer & dryer which is nice if you have the need to do laundry especially if you have kids. Some of the kitchen items could use a little upgrade, for example none of the knives in the kitchen drawer are sharp. Luckily we only stayed for a night because we were just passing through. However, I would stay here again because we enjoyed the beach and also the……

“We liked that it is very clean. It has the most beautiful view. It was our first time staying in St Augustine. The beach is gorgeous! There are some repairs that need to be done to the condo. Nothing major. There is rust in one of the showers and the doors don’t roll easy. Some of the outlets aren’t functional. Also the carpet on the stairs has a black dirty stain. But overall it was a great stay!”

“Great place to stay for the price. There are nicer places in the Hibiscus Resort but none near this price. Very impressed with what we got for our money compaired to other condos in same resort. The beach here is gorgeous, 3 pools. Short drive to anywhere in St. Augustine.”
