“The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms. “Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Boston. Das Studio ist einfach perfekt :) gelegen. Ob es für ins Zentrum oder zum Fenway Park war die Distanz ist immer zu Fuss machbar. Ich hatte vor meinen Ferien eine gute Unterkunft gesucht und habe sie mit diesem Studio definitiv gefunden. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank war bei diesen heissen Temperaturen ein Gewinn. ”

“A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

“I didn’t mind the small 15 minute walk to get the keys. The listers were very responsive and even called me once when I didn’t do the check in process to see how I was doing. The bed was hard, but the location was FABULOUS. I would defiantly stay again, but bring blankets or an air mattress for the hard bed. ”

“Just blocks to all the North End restaurants and sites. Unit is clean and comfortable and as advertised. It is a one bedroom studio, largish hotel room size. Very clean and modern. Ground floor so no view but gets some light. Kuerig coffee maker, but need to bring or buy pods. Well appointed kitchen but no salt, pepper or anything, but we knew this from previous reviews. No parking but found parking nearby on spot hero. Definitely paying for location and clean modern accommodation. Would come……

“Needed a few days in between apartments that was walking distance from MGH. Apartment was clean, the check in process was smooth, although the 7-11 for key pick-up was a bit far from the apartment. Otherwise, everything else was adequate. The laundry in the basement behind some trash cans and appears to take coins so make sure you have them. ”
