“Moot Point was the perfect coastal retreat for my husband and I to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! The location on Great Neck is peaceful and quiet, with local wildlife surrounding us. The house is adorable and as advertised - very cozy and comfortable with everything you need - and the deck and view from the backyard is stunning (especially the sunsets!). “Too bad the weather wasn't great, because this house is directly on Chebacco Lake. Our grandchildren did enjoy fishing and kayaking, but it would have been fun to spend hours doing everything.The house was immaculate and the owners so communicative. It was easy to locate the house and convenient for us since our son lives nearby.We can't wait to stay there again !!!!”

“My wife and I had a terrific stay here. This cottage style house was appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The area itself was super quite and very safe. We were able to use the community pool and hot tub ( very clean ) and even tried our hand at pickleball. The owner was super nice and made himself available by phone or email if we needed anything. If you like clean, safe, and fun places to stay this would be it.”
