“This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?”

“Booked for my daughters 17th bday, stayed with 4 daughters. It was St pattys day weekend so was very loud from the bar below as expected. Parking was difficult however the host responded with advice right away and ended up being not a big deal at all! The loft was beautifully decorated. The b day girl loved the hanging bed ! The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. “It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”

There were only 3 of us so didn’t really use the downstairs but nice area if needed. Loved the full length mirrors in the bedrooms. Gap in the front door. Living room lights a bit tricky at first. ”
