“This apartment was the ideal home base for my trip! Super clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The hosts were awesome—thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the stay even better.The location couldn't have been better! Right in the heart of downtown, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. I loved being able to walk everywhere and soak up the city vibes.The space itself was comfortable and had a great setup for relaxing after a day of exploring. It really felt like……

“This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?”

“It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”

“We chose this location to be near family and friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable!The check in and out was very convenient. The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. “The TP holder was broken & taped to the wall with packing tape. Had minimal kitchen stuff. 1 laundry pod. Would be better if there were 2 pods. Only slept & used bathroom area. Used washer/dryer. ”

“This is a second-level corner apartment, newly renovated, new appliances. My little family celebrated Thanksgiving there with a full oven for turkey. All cookware was there. It was a convenient place to provide my college student some time away from her dorm. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! Excellent communication with the property owner! We stayed 3 days and had an excellent experience! Definitely will stay again!!!”
