“This apartment was the ideal home base for my trip! Super clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The hosts were awesome—thoughtful and quick to respond, which made the stay even better.The location couldn't have been better! Right in the heart of downtown, close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. “It was perfect! Easy to access.Fern Flat had everything and more for us to enjoy extended stay. We where able balance our time between family members and still enjoy quite time alone in comforter. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”

The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. “The TP holder was broken & taped to the wall with packing tape. Had minimal kitchen stuff. 1 laundry pod. Would be better if there were 2 pods. Only slept & used bathroom area. Used washer/dryer. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this house! The property owner made the home so inviting and homey. Everything was available, no detail was forgotten! Makeup towels, laundry basket, wide variety of kitchen appliances and utensils, blankets in the living room, coffee, tea, sugar, Splenda, etc. All details were covered to make an excellent stay! Excellent communication with the property owner! We stayed 3 days and had an excellent experience! Definitely will stay again!!!”
