“Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. ”

“We chose this location to be near family and friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable!The check in and out was very convenient. The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. As families are aging you have to organize visit time. Fern Flat provide perfect home away from home for us. We did feel like Fern Flat was our home while staying. Yes we highly recommend.”
