“This was a great place to stay with my family of 4. We went skiing at Crotched Mountain, Okemo and Sunapee while we were there and enjoyed being relatively close to so many mountains. Complaints about the hotel are minimal. The heat makes annoying noises at night and we could have used some extra blankets but overall it was great and we will be back.”

“Honestly as soon as I got there I knew I had made a good choice. Then I stepped into the cabin and knew I had made an excellent choice. It’s by far the cleanest place Ive stayed. I went looking for peace and quiet and I got just that. It’s silent, it’s beautiful, it’s private. Even though it’s deep winter I still got to hang in the barn, feed the animals, go on quiet hikes. “Excellent place to stay. A short and beautiful drive to Mount snow. The folks running the place really go the extra mile. I was most amazed at not only the timely clearing of the parking lots well before 7 am from 6 inches of snow, but also at then clearing the snow of all the vehicles parked there! “Charming historic inn with incredibly good breakfast and dinner menu. Bakery also out of this world. Kids loved the library:game room and 24hr hot cocoa bar. Family owned- mother tubs inn and her children run the restaurant. Such a warm, lovely family. If you have trouble with stairs, may not be the best for you, but otherwise would stay again.”
