“The service was exceptional. Everything was complimentary, and everyone was super nice to us. That being said, the room itself left much to be desired. It was dated and dingy. The bathroom had stains that couldn’t be removed with cleaning. It also didn’t have enough hooks to hang all the towels. The bed had truly horrific pillows that will take our necks days to recover from. The property itself is pretty with a stunning pool. However, there is no elevator, and you’ll have to drag yourself up……

Petit plus, demandez “Pumrat” Taxi driver qui vous emmènera visiter Siem Reap comme vous ne l’avez jamais vu ;-) Je recommande vivement cet établissement ! Merci à tout le personnel. ”

“Very quiet and peaceful location away from the center of town. If you want to relax and contemplate the wonders of the ancient temples you have visited or plan to visit - this is a perfect setting.”

“The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps……

“Ravady d'Angkor was a haven - lush property with plants and pool, lovely big room and bathroom. The staff were really helpful, especially with organising transport for our various activities. Fabulous cafe down the road (New Taste) for breakfast/lunch. We tended to go further afield for dinner or order delivery.”

“I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport……

“A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.”
